Scope of Services. Through this Site, Burro Beverage Co. markets and arranges Event Bartending, Mobile Bar Service, Bar Catering, Donkey Petting, Petting Zoo. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://mobilebartendingvacaville.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Burro Beverage Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Burro Beverage Co. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Burro Beverage Co. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation. In no event will Burro Beverage Co.'s liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Burro Beverage Co. harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
